So that we can feel healthier, have more energy, help our hormones and invest in our long term wellbeing we have challenged ourselves to quitting sugar.
Beginning this Wednesday, we are going to say no to sweets, biscuits, cakes and anything else containing refined sugar. In addition we are going to be walking a lot more, so look out for us as we stride around Hucclecote.
