Things are going well today. I'd like to share this book with you. It's titled "I Quit Sugar", written by Sarah Wilson and published by Macmillan Australia.

eating the equivalent of 25 teaspoons of sugar every day, before making the link between her sugar consumption and a lifetime of mood disorders, fluctuating weight issues, sleep problems and thyroid disease. She knew she had to make a change.

This is a beautifully written book that is simple to understand and takes a relaxed and practical approach to quitting sugar with the first 53 pages dedicated to discussing the process and how to go about it, advice, tips and questions answered. The remainder of the book contains 108 sugar free recipes and even has a section titled sweet treats with recipes for sugar free biscuits, cakes and ice cream.
